Well, I made the long 3 hour trip to Oak Harbor from Rachel and Abe's house this morning at 6 am and signed our closing docs at 9:30! We had some issues at the closing, but it was all worked out and we got a new fridge and dishwasher out of it...so all is well!! I stayed in Oak Harbor until I could get the keys and then made the 3 hour trip back (it went fast though thanks to Kim!). Kaylee, Sandy, Max, and I are staying with the Cooks until we leave Saturday to pick Clay up from the airport. We'll all stay in our first home for our first night TOGETHER! How exciting!
So, today was a great day! We closed on our house (finally!!!!!), Siobhan and Jeff found out they're headed to Lemoore which is what they wanted (though I am very sad they won't be coming here), Aaron (my step-brother) and his wife had their baby, and Clay finished the awful, dreaded SERE school....what a big day! I can't wait to see my hubby and open the door together to our new home!
