This SUCKS!

I hate home buying. This is the WORST experience of my life. It's awful..the whole procedure. The appraisal came back. The work orders MUST be completed before closing....which means that the seller must purchase and have the carpet completely installed before we can even close. I called the carpet guy and if the carpet is ordered today (unlikely) then it could possibly get here Wednesday...even if it is ordered today, it may not come until Friday. This means we're looking at mid next week for the carpet to be installed...which means we're looking at May 6-8 to close! This is RIDICULOUS! The seller doesn't want to have to buy the carpet and my realtor thinks they may walk away from the deal....which leaves us with nothing (no home, no money, no where to stay....nothing!!!!). I am soo upset with this situation. If they walk away, we will rent. We're not wasting another month to month and a half with this whole situation again. We need somewhere to live. We have been here for 2 1/2 weeks and it is so upsetting. I just want somewhere to put my stuff and call my home already!
